Faith Community Nursing (FCN) is a recognized specialty practice for registered nurses approved by the American Nurses Association Scope and Standards of Practice emphasizing health and healing within a faith community. FCN can serve as an educator, referral agent, advocate and integrator of faith and health while promoting wellness, wholeness and preventive health with spirituality at the core of the practice. This office provides training and resources for parishes that want to offer Faith Community Nursing.
